Rules of compliance for Mall & hotels Kievsky
The territory of Mall & hotels Kievsky is a private property, in connection with which the owner of Mall & hotels Kievsky independently determines the content of these Rules and conditions of presence of visitors on the territory of Mall & hotels Kievsky in compliance with the principles of inviolability of private property and good faith.
THE VISITOR IS FORBIDDEN:

— means of self—defense, electric shock devices, aerosol sprayers of all kinds;
- pyrotechnic devices.
4. Drink alcoholic beverages, with the exception of products purchased on the territory of the TGC.
5. Smoking (except in designated areas).
6. Spoil, touch, move inventory, jewelry, decorative elements of THC.
7. To be on the Territory of the THC with animals (except for dogs).
8. Rollerblading, scooters, bicycles, skateboards, etc.
9. Leave children unattended.
10. Leave bags and personal belongings unattended.
11. Enter stores with ice cream or food.
12. To be in the THC without clothes, with a bare torso, work clothes or with an appearance expressing obvious disrespect for citizens.
13. Take photos and videos.
14. Engage in vagrancy and (or) begging.
15. Collecting various kinds of donations, distributing leaflets.
16. Run, jump, climb fences, railings, technical structures, enter green areas and office premises decorated with appropriate information boards, jump from any height.
17. To enter the service, technical and other premises not intended for visitors of the TGC, without a special pass.
18. Organize illegal or unauthorized meetings with the Administration, including with the use of various kinds of slogans, posters, banners, take part in them.
19. To carry out any kind of marketing, stimulating, advertising, propaganda activities without the consent of the Administration to distribute advertising and other information.
It is forbidden on the escalator:
- Run on the escalator.
- Sit or lie down on the steps.
- Stand with your back to the escalator movement.
- Put things on the escalator steps and handrails.
- Lie down on the handrails.
- Carry baby strollers.
- Overstep the limiting strip on the steps.
- Carry various cargoes, including liquids in open dishes.
- Deliberately damage escalator equipment.
- Make an emergency stop of the escalator by emergency buttons "Stop", except for the obvious necessity.
- Touch the fixed parts of the escalator in any way.
It is forbidden in the elevator:
- Jumping.
- Opening the elevator shaft doors manually.
- Preventing the elevator doors from closing.
- Putting fingers or objects between the closed doors while the elevator is moving.
- Deliberately damaging the elevator equipment.
- Posting notices and advertisements.
- Calling the dispatcher with the "Call" button without a clear need.
- Using the elevator in case of fire or other emergency.
At the request of the Security Service, the visitor is obliged to present large-sized bags and boxes for inspection. Fulfillment of this requirement is one of the conditions for the visitor's admission to the Mall & hotels Kievsky or to a certain part thereof.
By visiting Mall & hotels Kievsky, visitors agree with these Rules in full, accept them and undertake to strictly comply with them.
